Any recommended sealers to prevent mold growth?

I have a customer with a patio located in a dark shaded area and they would like to seal the patio to prevent mold growth that they have seen in the past. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendation?

There isn't a sealer that will prevent mold growth.

Prosoco Products offer sealers to help with that problem. They offer breathable sealers. They also offer a product called "Enviro Clean" which will remove moss, mold, and fungus from concrete products. It works well. You spray it on and leave it. It activates with rain and will not harm any plants.
I have had customers use this product for a number of years and have never sold more to the same customer, so it must work for a long period of time.
