We are having a new ditchwitch XT 1600 delivered this week to demo for a couple of weeks. Have any of you had any experience with this animal. Our hope is that we will reduce the amount we have to drag around a loader and an excavator. Our fear is it will be under powered and clumsy. Would love to hear any thoughts or experience on this equipment. If it performs as expected it should be a hardscapers dream.

We have been using a Toro Dingo with wheels instead of tracks and a standard 48" bucket. The maintenence is very low and it is amazing! For smaller projects such as a walkway or patio there is no substitute.

As far as the Ditchwitch, you should be very happy... I would invest in a broom for easy clean-up and a high dump bucket if using a dump truck.
