I am trying to glue bluestone on top of a concrete surface. The adhesive that I have been using hasn't been adhering the way I was told it would. The temperature in my area is about 25-30 degrees in the day. Is there specific adhesives for low temps and/or ones that work well with natural stone?

Any advice would be appreciated

You might want to consider pave tech's type 4 adhesive, it can be applied down to 10 degrees F. Make sure the bluestone is clean and there is no dust on the stone or the concrete, otherwise the adhesive won't stick.
