I have found that using Bleach (gel type recommended ) works great. Pour on (do not dilute) directly on mold affected areas. Let this work its magic for a full 24 hours. Then go back with a pressure washer, and wash away. This will fix the problem. It will not prevent the problem from happening again.
Hope this works out for you

I had moss growing on clay pavers; used bleach and simply washed it away with the garden hose . . . pressure washer was not needed in my case. The bleach solved the problem for me - should work for you as well.

Use bleach or roundup weed killer. Wait a couple days then, depending on the amount of moss or mold in the joints, wash away the moss or mold with a pressure washer or garden hose.
To prevent them problem from returning, saturate the joints with a joint stabalizing sealer. This should last for a couple of years. I would reaply every couple of years. You should also pay attention to the sealer you purchase. If it has a sheen or shine you will have to apply it to the entire area. I recomend one that doesn't, unless you want the wet look. This will make for a very easy installation.

I've never used bleached. Always just cleaned the whole paver surface with pressure washer. Thos of you that have used bleach, are you using it straight and does it effect paver coloring at all? Are you using the same mixture to clean the paver surfaces? I know a lot of pressure washing companies using bleach mixes to clean concrete but have not heard anyone with experience on pavers? I'd be curous as to your results.
