Default Best Edging for my install

Hi, I am looking at doing approx 380 sq ft paver patio. I read through this section and the different posts, it seems concrete toe's are not recommended.

Can you explain why and whats the best edging to use? I am looking to use standard hollandstone unilock pavers if that makes a difference to anything.

Thanks for your help.

Sorry, I haven't been on here for a while. You posted on March 10th, so I'm guessing you are done with the project by now. Sounds like this was for a DIY project, in which case, you wouldn't want to mess with a concrete toe anyway. Toes fail because they are a small ribbon of rigid concrete surround a flexible pavement.
