Costs to lay large pavers

I am managing a patio project that has 340 pavers that are 3' x 3' x 2.5" thick and 295 lbs each. This project involves some partial pavers and some waterjet cuts. Given all that, I am looking for a range of very round numbers on a per paver basis or square foot basis that I should expect for laying them. The subgrade will be delivered 2.5" below bottom of paver.
